500ml or 700ml bottle of organic, cold pressed, unfiltered, extra virgin olive oil, straight from our Olive groves in Messinia, Greece.

Our olive oil is certified BIO organic, from "BIO HELLAS" organisation, originating from Messinia, Peloponnese. It's extracted in a certified BIO plant, and contains oil from 2 varieties of olives, one being "Mavroelia", only locally found, and the other is the PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) certified, "Koroneiki", which has also one of the highest number of polyphenols.

Both varieties are early harvested between October and early December, which then are immediately taken to the plant, where they are extracted using the Cold Press method, ensuring all nutrients and benefits are preserved. Our unripe and unfiltered olive oil, has less than 0,3 degrees of acidity, which makes it extra virgin high-end olive oil.

The best way to enjoy our olive oil, is in a Greek salad, on hot bread, and adding it to your dish after it finishes cooking.
